📢 A message to our beloved participants

At Avertra, we find that fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable environment not only stimulates an abundance of creativity and fruitful conversations, but also incubates meaningful relationships that pour into our collective growth. Honoring such values are especially important when it comes to the participants of the MiCustomer User Group (MUG). Our goal is to ensure that every attendee can engage in open and honest dialogue, sharing insights and experiences while upholding the highest standards of respect and compassion. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all participants to help us achieve a positive and enriching experience for everyone involved.

⚖️ Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to creating an event environment that celebrates diversity and inclusion. We believe that a variety of perspectives and backgrounds enriches our discussions and drives true innovation, especially when exposed to viewpoints that challenge our way of viewing the world. Therefore, we strive to make our events safe spaces where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, religion, or any other characteristic.

📖 Respectful and Honest Dialogue

MiCustomer is an open book. Similarly, we encourage all participants to engage in honest and passionate discussions about their experiences. Sharing insights about our event themes is vital for mutual growth and the future development of the MiCustomer product. However, it is crucial that these discussions are conducted respectfully and thoughtfully, without resorting to demeaning, derogatory, or discriminatory language. Constructive criticism should be delivered professionally, focusing on ideas rather than individuals.

🚨 Anti-Harassment Policy

Harassment in any form will not be tolerated at the MUG event. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, or religion.
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following of any involved member.
  • Harassing photography or recording.
  • Sustained disruption of talks or members.
  • Inappropriate and unwarranted physical contact.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to amend their behavior are to comply immediately.

During the course of the MUG event, both in-person and virtual, Avertra and its representatives may capture photographs, sketches, and audio/video recordings. These recordings may include your name, likeness, voice, image, and any content you submit (whether in chat sessions, uploads, emails, or in person).
